Job Description:

McFarlane Media Interests, Inc. is seeking an experienced inside (phone) sales representative. This position is 100% remote. Our client is an established company with a collaborative culture that values creativity, integrity, and a passion for excellence.

This is a contract position. The compensation is $15-19 per hour for 10-15 hours per week with a 10% commission. Average sales per client range from $1500 to $11,000.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to introduce our print and digital marketing solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing, preferably in the communications or technology sector.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
